Who is responsible for your data
I am the data controller for personal data processed through the Quizaro mobile application ("the app"). This policy explains what is collected, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Quizaro is free. It contains no advertising and no in-app purchases.
What data is collected
Account information
You sign in with a Google account. The app receives your email address, which is used to identify your account and nothing else — it is never shown to other players. No password is ever seen or stored by the app.
Profile
A nickname and an avatar that you choose yourself when you first sign in. Your Google account name and profile photo are not used and not stored.
Game data
Games you play, the answers you give, your scores and points, your in-app coin balance, your daily streak, your accuracy per category, and the other players you add as friends.
Preferences and device data
Your chosen language, your timezone (so daily streaks are counted against your own day), your notification settings, and — if you allow notifications — a device token used only to deliver them.

Who your data is shared with
Your data is not sold and is not used for advertising. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run the app:
- Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited) — authentication, database, server functions and notification delivery. Acts as a data processor on my behalf.
Other players can see your nickname, avatar, points and the results of games you played against them. Your email address is never shown to other players.
Where your data is stored
Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure and may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google applies the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to such transfers.
How long it is kept
- Account and game data: for as long as your account exists
- After deletion: removed immediately, except an anonymous record that a deletion occurred, which cannot identify you
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email bountakidou.k@gmail.com. You can delete your account and all associated data immediately from Settings → Delete account, or follow the instructions at this page.
If you believe your data is being handled unlawfully, you may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
Children
Quizaro is not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact me and it will be deleted.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially — for example if advertising or purchases are introduced — the date at the top will be updated and a notice will be shown in the app.

Είμαι η υπεύθυνη επεξεργασίας για τα προσωπικά δεδομένα που υφίστανται επεξεργασία μέσω της εφαρμογής Quizaro. Η παρούσα πολιτική εξηγεί τι συλλέγεται, γιατί, και ποια είναι τα δικαιώματά σας βάσει του Γενικού Κανονισμού Προστασίας Δεδομένων (GDPR).
Το Quizaro είναι δωρεάν. Δεν περιέχει διαφημίσεις ούτε αγορές εντός εφαρμογής.
Ποια δεδομένα συλλέγονται
Στοιχεία λογαριασμού
Συνδέεστε με λογαριασμό Google. Η εφαρμογή λαμβάνει τη διεύθυνση email σας, η οποία χρησιμοποιείται μόνο για την ταυτοποίηση του λογαριασμού σας και δεν εμφανίζεται ποτέ σε άλλους παίκτες. Ο κωδικός σας δεν γίνεται ποτέ γνωστός ούτε αποθηκεύεται.
Προφίλ
Ένα ψευδώνυμο και ένα avatar που επιλέγετε εσείς κατά την πρώτη σύνδεση. Το όνομα και η φωτογραφία του λογαριασμού Google σας δεν χρησιμοποιούνται και δεν αποθηκεύονται.
Δεδομένα παιχνιδιού
Τα παιχνίδια που παίζετε, οι απαντήσεις σας, το σκορ και οι πόντοι σας, το υπόλοιπο νομισμάτων, το ημερήσιο σερί σας, η ακρίβειά σας ανά κατηγορία και οι φίλοι σας στην εφαρμογή.
Προτιμήσεις και δεδομένα συσκευής
Η γλώσσα που έχετε επιλέξει, η ζώνη ώρας σας (ώστε το ημερήσιο σερί να μετράει σύμφωνα με τη δική σας μέρα), οι ρυθμίσεις ειδοποιήσεων και — αν επιτρέψετε ειδοποιήσεις — ένα αναγνωριστικό συσκευής που χρησιμοποιείται αποκλειστικά για την αποστολή τους.

Με ποιους μοιράζονται
Τα δεδομένα σας δεν πωλούνται και δεν χρησιμοποιούνται για διαφημιστικούς σκοπούς. Κοινοποιούνται μόνο στη Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited) για ταυτοποίηση, βάση δεδομένων, λειτουργίες διακομιστή και αποστολή ειδοποιήσεων.
Οι άλλοι παίκτες βλέπουν το ψευδώνυμο, το avatar, τους πόντους σας και τα αποτελέσματα των κοινών σας παιχνιδιών. Το email σας δεν εμφανίζεται ποτέ σε άλλους παίκτες.
Πού αποθηκεύονται
Σε υποδομές Google Cloud, ενδεχομένως και εκτός Ευρωπαϊκού Οικονομικού Χώρου, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των ΗΠΑ, με τις Τυποποιημένες Συμβατικές Ρήτρες της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής.
Χρόνος διατήρησης
- Δεδομένα λογαριασμού και παιχνιδιών: όσο υπάρχει ο λογαριασμός σας
- Μετά τη διαγραφή: αφαιρούνται άμεσα, εκτός από ανώνυμη καταγραφή που δεν σας ταυτοποιεί
Τα δικαιώματά σας
Έχετε δικαίωμα πρόσβασης, διόρθωσης, διαγραφής, περιορισμού, εναντίωσης και φορητότητας των δεδομένων σας.
Για την άσκηση των δικαιωμάτων σας: bountakidou.k@gmail.com. Μπορείτε να διαγράψετε τον λογαριασμό σας άμεσα από Ρυθμίσεις → Διαγραφή λογαριασμού ή μέσω αυτής της σελίδας.
Έχετε επίσης δικαίωμα καταγγελίας στην Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα (dpa.gr).
Ανήλικοι
Η εφαρμογή δεν απευθύνεται σε παιδιά κάτω των 16 ετών και δεν συλλέγω εν γνώσει μου δεδομένα τους.
Αλλαγές
Σε ουσιώδεις αλλαγές — για παράδειγμα αν προστεθούν διαφημίσεις ή αγορές — η ημερομηνία στην κορυφή ενημερώνεται και εμφανίζεται σχετική ειδοποίηση στην εφαρμογή.
